Event Details

Join us for a two-day house tour featuring 15 historic Hastings homes and gardens, and their famous inhabitants, including:

Event will be held Saturday, May 22 and Sunday, May 23, 2010, 1PM to 5PM, rain or shine. Tickets will be valid for both days.

Advanced-price tickets: You may order tickets by mail at the same prices you see here on EventBrite by sending a check before May 14th to: Hastings Historical Society, 407 Broadway, Hastings on Hudson, NY 10706. Please make all checks payable to the Hastings Historical Society. You may also purchase tickets in person before May 22nd at the following locations during open hours: Festivities at 22 Main Street or the J. Harmon Community Center at 44 Main Street.

Day-of-tour tickets: Tickets will be available on both days of the tour at the tour headquarters in the Zinsser Commuter Parking Lot on Southside Avenue across from the train station. Day-of-tour ticket prices will be $25 for adults (18 and over), $50 for a family, and $5 for children between 8 and 17. (No children under 8 are permitted.)

The house tour is self guided. We will mail your ticket and the map that will guide your tour to the "Shipping Address" you provide. In addition, you will receive a 20 page booklet compiled by our team of researchers and packed with information on the fifteen celebrities and their homes. Our docents will be available at each location to greet you and tell you more about these fascinating buildings. (If you do not recieve your booklet/ticket in the mail by the day of the tour, bring your e-ticket with you to the Zinsser Parking Lot.)

Free parking will be available at the Zinsser Commuter Parking Lot, and free bus service will be provided to the home sites from that location for those who do not wish to drive their own cars. We suggest comfortable walking shoes since some surfaces are uneven.
